If you and your group have decided that this is the house for you, below are the simple steps to make sure you beat the competition and secure it for yourselves!

Step 1

Pay a £100 non-refundable holding fee as soon as possible. This will secure your property and take it off the market for a short period of time.

Step 2

Fill in the application form in the link below. Everybody in the group must do this.

Step 3

You will then be individually emailed a Tenancy Agreement and a Guarantor Agreement. These will need to be signed and returned to us. With this you will also need to send us some photo I.D – passports, driver’s license etc

Step 4

At this point, you will be asked to pay the first month’s rent. This should be done within 2-4 weeks of paying the initial £100 holding fee. Note that this payment will be exclusive of the £100 and thus you will be paying £100 less each than your usual monthly payment

Step 5

The last thing you need to do is pay your deposit. However, don’t worry – we don’t expect this until July, just before you move in at the start of August.

Step 6 

Move into your house and enjoy living in your new home!
